Greetings Clinical Trigger Point Therapists,

In an effort to provide ongoing support for the therapists that we train and certify, we have initiated this blog and forum to host discussions regarding the material presented in our Clinical Trigger Point Therapy Program. The blog is open to public viewing, but the Forum is private and open only to those therapists that we have certified in the past, as well as those therapists participating in our new Online Clinical Trigger Point Therapy Program.

We understand that your development as a therapist doesn’t end with your certification. So we have established this online community to support your efforts in becoming the best therapist you can be. Personally, one of the hardest things we have to deal with is saying goodbye to the many friends we have made in teaching our program. So we are very happy to have a new way for all of us to keep in touch and grow our friendships. Additionally, we intend to schedule informal meet-ups for the certified therapists, where we can get together and discuss techniques, protocols, and case studies, and have a little fun while we are at it. The time and location of these meet-ups will be posted in the Meet-Up Forum.

We will post upcoming hands-on classes in this blog as well. Currently we are busy finishing-up the Online Program, so its doubtful we will have the time to offer hands-on instruction classes until the end of the year. But once we have completed that “ginormous” project, we will be overjoyed to get back to teaching hands-on classes. As always, previously certified therapists will be encouraged to audit these classes for free, space permitting. We only ask that auditing therapists contribute to a positive learning environment for the class participants.

At the time of this post (August 2010) we are in the process of building the Forum’s infrastructure. Once we have the bare-bones of it in place, we will begin inviting certified therapists. If your one of our certified therapists, expect an invitation via email in the Fall. Additionally, everyone who purchases our new Online Clinical Trigger Point Therapy Program will receive an invitation to the Forum as well.

Thanks,
Dr. Perry and Jeff
